Neurotransformative Breathwork

PranaSanna is a neurotransformative breathing technique developed by Susanna Daiman (formerly known as Sanna Sanita). This is inspired by various techniques such as Wim Hof, Kriya yoga, orgasmic breathing and fire breathing.
We breathe at different rates and then hold our breath. You will be guided by me and you can let yourself go completely on the supporting music.

A breathing session helps you to feel more alive and more in touch with your inner essence and who you are. It gives you the chance to release stagnant energy and possible imbalances. During a session you can get in touch with your joy, vulnerability, anger and strength. Breathing creates space and opens your body.

This breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which, among other things, causes the level of stress hormones to decrease and the "feel good" hormone oxytocin to increase. In addition, healing processes of the body are stimulated.

Some of the different effects can include:
* A soothing feeling of landing in the body
* Better sleep
* More presence / increased focus
* Less stress and more openness in chest and heart
* Life energy that flows
* Helps against anxiety and worry

Breathing sessions can take place in my practice or via Zoom. A live session costs € 79,- a Zoom session costs € 53,-
If you want to do a session with more people or on location, please contact me for the possibilities and prices.

A session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. First you get an explanation, then we are doing the breathing exercise. At the end an integration and a short chat.

Do not do a breath session when:
* Pregnant
* Recent surgeries
* Bipolar disorder
* Depression
* Uncontrolled high blood pressure
* Epilepsy.
