Coaching/ PGB guidance

Sometimes life doesn't turn out the way we'd like it to. For example, due to circumstances, such as a divorce or losing a job, or due to choices that turned out differently than we anticipated. Then it's very valuable when someone is supporting you and gives you a helping hand. I help you to get an overview and to set priorities, so that you can take steps in the right direction.

I support you where you need it. What do you want? What are the options and what do you choose?
For example, a trajectory can consist of one or more of the following:
- Discuss what you're up against
- View mail and e-mails together and decide what action is needed
- Making appointments, going along to authorities and organisations.
- Organizing the household.
- Health: food, sports, help with addictions.
- Indoor or outdoor activities: e.g. voluntary work, hobbies, course, training.
- Arranging finances, keeping cash book, mapping debts.
- Relaxation and release of stress through meditation, dearmouring, reiki, breathwork.

In a number of cases you can get a personal budget (PGB) for this from your own municipality via the Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning  (WMO). If necessary, I can support you in applying.
